Bus union RMT has won a ballot for strike action over trade union recognition at Go Cornwall.
Members voted in favour of strike action and action short of a strike as the employer continues to refuse union recognition.
The union has called on the employer to accept the TUC Disputes Committee verdict from January to recognise RMT and establish a united bargaining structure covering drivers and depot staff.
