Stena Line (RMT) Strike Calendar

The seafarers' union has secured a pay increase for workers at Stena Line. This agreement includes uplifts of up to nearly 25 percent in addition to the annual pay increase for 2026. The union engaged with the company regarding the retention of skills, job security, and career development opportunities.

The wage increases apply to various grades within the deck and technical departments. Specifically, bosuns will receive a 24 percent uplift, while assistant bosuns and hotel repairmen will see increases of 20 percent. Able seafarers will receive a 17 percent increase, and engine watch ratings will get between 8 and 17 percent.
