Health workers at East London NHS Foundation Trust are voting on strike action over plans to cut over 330 posts as part of a £25 million cuts plan.
Over 500 staff across the trust, including mental health nurses, psychologists, healthcare assistants, and administrative staff, are being balloted.
The ballot also concerns union victimisation, disputes over care navigator roles, and low pay across the NHS.
The ballot runs until 9 November, and if successful, strike action could take place across the winter.
