Strikes by South London & Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust estates staff have been suspended following an improved offer. The workforce, including joiners, electricians, plumbers, and painter and decorators, will be balloted on the new deal.
Strike action originally scheduled to take place between 1 and 7 September has been called off while the ballot takes place. Further industrial action may occur if the offer is rejected, with ballot results expected in the coming days.
