Latest Tunnock's Industrial Action Updates (1)
Over 300 workers at the Tunnock's factory in Uddingston have accepted an improved pay offer, removing the threat of potential strike action.
The 21-month pay deal increases basic pay by 9.6 per cent, raising it to £13.61 per hour from 1 July 2026 and £14.25 from 1 April 2027.
Workers had previously voted in favour of strike action before the company returned with an enhanced offer accepted by a majority of union members.
