Latest XPO Industrial Action Updates (1)
Around 500 HGV drivers and warehouse workers based in Hatfield have secured an improved pay deal after voting in favour of strike action. Employed by XPO on a contract handling Arla dairy products, the workforce secured a 3.4 per cent pay rise alongside a new company sick pay scheme.
The dispute has been resolved without any strikes taking place. In addition to the pay rise and sick pay scheme, the drivers will also receive an extra day of annual leave.
